  • Time: 7:30am - 9:00am
  • Location: The Florida Blue store (in The Markets at Town Center) (map)
  • Breakfast sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida

Experiential marketing is the art of creating experiences between a customer and a brand, product or service allowing the customer to perceive and understand the benefits first-hand. When done right, it's the most powerful tool out there to win brand loyalty.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Experiential Marketing team members, Anne Jessup and Sara Hiers, will discuss how the company has begun a movement to make an intangible product tangible through experiential marketing programs such as the creation of The Florida Blue centers, a mobile marketing unit and other innovative programs.
