Krishelle Hancock

Krishelle is a Jacksonville, Florida native, with 20 years of marketing, advertising and communications experience. Currently acting as a Marketing Manager at The Home Depot, her specialty is strategic marketing and outreach that delivers strong business results. Krishelle believes relationships are the foundation for success and she’s all about connecting with people to bring big ideas to life.

Prior to her role at The Home Depot, Krishelle has acted in marketing leadership roles in both B2B and B2C environments. Most recently, Krishelle led regional marketing and communication strategies as Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy at Chartwells, a division of Compass Group. In addition, she held roles including Account Director for Burdette Ketchum advertising agency, Vice President of Marketing at PARC family entertainment company, Marketing Manager at American Culinary Federation, and she served as Marketing Director for two regional publications of The Real Estate Book.

She is a current board member for the American Marketing Association chapter in Jacksonville, a former marketing mentor at the Chamber of Commerce and a former member of both Rotary International and the Optimist Club, where she served on publicity and event committees, as well as mentor programs. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida, with honors. In her spare time, Krishelle enjoys the outdoors and hiking Florida nature trails or running 5ks in support of local community charities.
